MARCH
8, 2008 INTERNATIONAL CHRISTIAN BROADCASTER, EARL COX, SAYS ISRAEL MUST ELMINATE RADICAL PALESTINIAN MUSLIM TERRORISTS IN DEFENSE OF HER PEOPLE AND HER LAND This week's murderous attack by an Israeli Arab on a classroom full of unsuspecting students at Mercaz Harav yeshiva followed by the Palestinians jubilantly celebrating on the streets of Gaza emphasizes the fact that Israel's neighbors are not partners for peace but rather only uncivilized barbarians incapable of self rule or governance. As the life was draining from the dying bodies of innocent young Israelis, the Palestinians were having a party complete with singing and dancing and the firing of guns into the air in celebration of what many Palestinians termed as a most joyous occasion. This unprovoked barbaric act of terror which ended in the deaths of eight innocent Jewish young people and the wounding of dozens more should be condemned by every leader in the world. As a civilized society we cannot allow the Palestinians to continue making heroes of cold blooded killers nor can we allow the media to continue slanting their reports to make it seem as though Palestinian acts of terror against Israel are somehow justified. A society comprised of people who esteem death over life are fit to have as their neighbors only those who are of like mind and this certainly is not descriptive of the Israelis who value life as sacred. Israel's former Prime Minister Golda Meir once said when speaking to a group of Arab leaders, "We can forgive you for killing our sons but we will never forgive you for making us kill yours." This cold blooded murderer was an Israeli-Arab and a resident of East Jerusalem. He worked as a driver for the yeshiva which gave him intimate knowledge of the school's layout and the optimum time to carry out his crime knowing when and where the maximum number of students would be gathered to study. Countless Israeli-Arabs are employed by Jewish businesses and organizations throughout Jerusalem and the whole of Israel. As citizens of Israel these Israeli-Arabs have the freedom to travel and work anywhere in the city. How can the world expect Israel's
leaders to continue exercising restraint while the Palestinians hurl
rockets daily into cities and towns in southern Israel destroying lives,
families and property and who are now entering religious schools to murder
innocent children. What would the world say if an Israeli had
perpetrated such a heinous act against Islamic students in a
madrash? Israel's leaders would be wise to ignore any further
advice from the international community, the United Nations and yes, even
the United States, and instead do whatever it deems necessary to protect
her people and root out and destroy radical Palestinian Muslim terrorists
wherever they are found. Israel has every right to do what America
and any other civilized nation would do to protect their people and their
land and that being to pursue and eliminate the enemy who has openly
declared a desire to annihilate Israel and steal her land which,
until it was conquered by Jewish settlers, was barren dessert and mosquito
infested swampland made habitable and turned into thriving farmland by
Jewish settlers. |
